The company is governed by a Supervisory Council comprising representatives of the Shareholders. The Managing Director constitutes the Management Board responsible for the overall operation of the company. As deputy to the Managing Director, the Technical Director is responsible for the technical issues and the quality of work performed.

Various technical sections are organized either in project groups stationed at the construction site or in office departments. The company is self-supporting with secretary, translator / interpreter, accounting staff as well as marketing activities and is undergoing rapid expanding to meet the demands made by our clients.

The parent company provides state-of-the-art know-how and experience on energy projects and assists in coordination and implementation of activities in Poland.
