ELSAMPROJEKT Polska Sp. z o.o. is a
consultancy and engineering company specialized in energy
projects. The company has been operating in Poland since
1990 and has participated in a number of projects within
the energy sector. The company is based in Warsaw (head
office). The company has about 25 employees, majority of whom
are highly qualified engineers, accustomed to working in
an international atmosphere.
The company is governed by a Supervisory
Council comprising representatives of the
Shareholders. The Managing Director constitutes the
Management Board responsible for the overall operation of
the company. As deputy to the Managing Director, the Technical Director
is responsible for the technical issues and the quality
of work performed.
Various technical sections are organized either in
project groups stationed at the construction site or in
office departments. The company is self-supporting with
secretary, translator / interpreter, accounting staff as
well as marketing activities and is undergoing rapid
expanding to meet the demands made by our clients.
The parent company provides state-of-the-art know-how and
experience on energy projects and assists in coordination
and implementation of activities in Poland.

ELSAMPROJEKT Polska Sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) is a daughter company of
the Danish DONG Energy A/S, founded in 2006 when six Danish energy companies merged: DONG, Elsam, ENERGI E2, Nesa, Copenhagen Energy, and Frederiksberg Forsyning. The merger brought together a wide breadth of experience, resources, and activities, including oil and natural gas exploration and production, electricity generation at power stations and renewable energy facilities, gas and electricity distribution, sales and energy consulting.
Before DONG Energy A/S was established, Elsamprojekt Polska was a subsidiary of Elsam Engineering A/S, which for over 30 years provided engineering and consultancy services for Danish and international energy sector. As part of the merger, Elsam Engineering was incorporated into the new company DONG Energy A/S.
